This is necessary because when the nervous system is held in a state of constant readiness, stillness isn’t a choice you can simply make. You cannot "think" yourself into relaxation when the body remains braced for the next task.

In this space, movement is a form of inquiry. We aren’t "exercising" the body; we are using intentional engagement to speak to the deeper layers of your experience, allowing the system to digest held tension and rediscover its natural capacity for ease.
